Latinitas, Austin Social + Good and a committee of enthusiastic citizens present Fitness, Food and Fun Fiestavel with demonstrations in yoga, cross fit, jujitsu and other fun fitness activities, a smoothie-making contest with awesome prizes and a healthy cooking demonstration and tasting. For girls ages 9-18. Girls can invite one family member to join them. This is a free event.
